Historical Note
The George Udel Collection was started in the early 1980s by film critic and filmaker George Udel and then safeguarded and built on by projectionist and actor George Figgs after Udel died in 1999. Geoge Udel was the director of the Baltimore Film Forum and the host of Cinema Sundays.
